ReturnsDisclaimer: We recommend that the purchaser of fabric and hardware, should inspect the entire shipment for flaws or questions before any cutting. We cannot accept back any items that have been cut or that are older than 60 days. If any discrepancy arises and you feel a return or adjustment is necessary, Please call ahead for the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Restocking fees: Return of merchandise for reasons other than quality problems are subject to a restocking fee. Only standard stock items may be returned. Bulk quantities will be charged a 20% restock fee, less than bulk quantities OR large quantities (more than 100 yds of fabric or more than 500 hardware) at 25%. Faxed or emailed orders are at 10% restock fee. All first quality Special Order items must be paid for in accordance with the terms of the original order. Returns will not be accepted without a specific Return Merchandise Authorization Number that we have given to you. Put the RMA # on the outside of the package and on your note! Credits will be applied when the return is received by the shipping dept. usually within 2 days of receipt |
