Shipping Information

*Estimated shipping is based on the  weight of product, but this does not take into account dimensions which can add additional costs. We calculate final shipping cost once product is cut, packaged, and ready to ship.

General Information:

 We now offer a shipping method of "Cheapest (UPS vs PM)"  choose this option if your address is the same either way and you have no preference other than cost; it will show shipping as $0; unfortunatly this is not the case, we will simply ship (& charge) the cheapest between those two options. Minimum shipping is $8.   All orders are charged exact freight. We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order unless you are notified of a problem. If you need quicker processing of your order there is a $5 Rush fee that can be added to move you to the top of the stack, this does not guarantee same day shipping as that depends on the time of day your order comes in and your preferred shipping method. Please choose RUSH as an item. If you are unable to place your order online there is a $5 PHONE fee (waived for orders over $150).

Typically, USPS priority mail is picked up by 10am MST and UPS is picked up as early as 3:30pm MST. Please keep this in mind for rush orders.

Also, we do not charge your card until your order is packaged and ready to ship. The confirmation email you receive when ordering is simply an estimate on shipping (except international customers, see below) your true shipping cost should be close to the estimate and will be shown on your invoice. If the cost of shipping comes out significantly higher than estimated we will contact you before shipping.

International Orders:

We are quite happy to ship anywhere in the world, however there are quite a few variables for shipping international orders;  shipping depends entirely on the weight and dimensions of your finished package. Also of great influence is how fast you want it. UPS WorldShip is recommended for all intl. shipping over $100; it's about 3 times as expensive as USPS (except to Canada where UPS standard is quite reasonable)  Here is the international link for the USPS. You need to check with your local customs office for specific charges on your end. You might be interested in ordering samples first, samples would ship in a USPS priority flat rate envelope.  The new VAT requirements are making it quite difficult to ship to EU countries, there is no problem if you have your own IOSS # but otherwise you will want to check out a freight forwarder in the US that we can ship to and they will forward it on to you.
